updates with explanation to follow someday (maybe): 1. i can't breathe 2. i'm not doing the marathon 3. today i'm leaving on vacation! at least #3 is a good thing. :) catch y'all soon -- when i have pretty pictures and can hopefully breathe again.
I'm sorry you're sick! What happened with the marathon? You'll have to plan a later one. St. Louis has a good one in the spring. Running in the heat is so hard on your body. You just can't recover properly.
