between the heat and the ragweed this summer, the marathon training broke down and i faltered...during the long runs i was starting to feel that twinge of "i'm not ready"...i think i'm going to reevaluate my feelings and try to train again this winter for a spring race.
i did make it on vacation -- to Banff, Alberta! it was a horrible trip to calgary, as i got stranded in a couple of cities, but thinking about that just makes me sad -- so i'll skip to the good part. :) Banff was AMAZING! so beautiful and perfect weather!! i had a great time with steve hiking and white water rafting. it was a great vacation, but way too short.
