so i did finish book 13 on the 13th. :) it was actually just as the clock turned to the 13th as i was reading in bed late on the 12th, but it still counts...one more small fiction novel to go and then on to a biography by tammy trent. you should check out her amazing testimony and story here.
attended a good friend's wedding this past weekend down in piedmont, missouri (read: out in the middle of nowhere). i loved it! we had a blast trapsing around in the woods and just hanging out. the wedding was beautiful and the happy couple seemed to enjoy the day quite a bit despite a couple of last minute stresses. the picture below is of (L to R): bestman -- eric (athos), myself (aramis) , and groom -- andrew (porthos). yes, that's right...we called ourselves the three musketeers in college...
