okay, so i wrote an entire post last night but lost it due to blogger's need to upgrade without saving my draft. i was more than slightly upset over this... :(
anyway, life is crazy busy right now. my schedule has been gun-ho! for the last few weeks. it's amazing to me how much crap i can cram into a week. i feel like i don't have time for anything, but then i realize that it's because i've made time for everything else!
went for a swim last night with my good friend amatuertrigirl at the school pool. i swam for about 40 mins at a leisurely pace. i was pretty taxed at the end and ready for some sleep!
this weekend promises to be busy and interesting...saturday i'm heading home for a friend's wedding and psuedo family get together. should be a good time to see friends and family that i normally don't get to hang out with. blogsultant is going along with--so i'll have good company for the drive. sunday is football...but more importantly, it's the last regular season game to be played at busch stadium. there are a lot of festivities planned for downtown including a parade and block party.
thankfully i was able to snag tix for game 2 of the nlcs. i'm just hoping my boys can break out of the slump and get through the division championships so i can go see them! this is our year...now let's show everyone else...

I had so much fun last night, Erin. I thought you did a bit more than a "leisurely" pace. Can't wait to see you Sunday for our run.
